The Neighborhood is comprised of three Phases. Single family residences and parks in the first, single family, rowhomes, Brunswick Hall and Tapestry Commons amenities in the second, and single family residences and final parks in the third. The first phase has sold out with residences being built throughout. Phase II infrastructure is finished and Amenities and homes are under construction. Phase III will begin as Phase II is finished. The Tapestry Park Town Center will be the hub of retail and leisure activity and has four phases of development. The first will include the Inn at Tapestry Park, a full service condominium hotel including a restaurant and boutique services which is nearing construction phase. The next three phases will be development of the commercial and retail shops, cafes, restaurants and other leisure shopping and dining venues, with urban style residential lofts and flats planned above the various establishments.
